Like the elusive life that forms deep in a spring-fed desert canyon, my ideas take shape slowly and deliberately. Creative solutions carve their way into existence over time. Years of exploring some of the wildest places on earth have shaped how I design and what I value. My need for niche, purpose-built gear pushed me to develop my own solutions—work that eventually grew into my proudest accomplishment to date: building Mountain Glow from the ground up.
There, my focus is simple: create playful, function-focused gear using both recycled materials and high-quality virgin fabrics. My process mirrors the natural cycles I draw inspiration from. Like the seasons shifting across the desert, my visions and projects evolve with the needs of the moment—always moving, refining, and returning with new purpose.
I chose to invest my time in the OPDD major to strengthen the foundations my ideas are built. Much like a willow driving its roots deeper into an ever-shifting, sandy riverbank.
